共情护理模式在食管癌患者负性情绪管理中的效果研究

摘要	目的本研究旨在探究对食管癌患者实施共情护理模式后对其负性情绪的管理效果。方法在2024年5月-2025年5月本院收治的食管癌患者中选取80例作为研究对象，以数字表随机排序划分对照组（40例，常规护理）与观察组（40例，共情护理模式）。针对两组患者的心理状态以及生活质量进行对比。结果观察组SAS、SDS评分、PSQI评分均低于对照组，SF-36评分高于对照组，组间数据差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论通过开展共情护理模式，可以提高食管癌患者的生活质量，改善负性情绪，有效提升患者舒适度，值得临床推广。
Abstract	Objective This study aims to explore the management effect of empathetic nursing mode on negative emotions in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods 80 patients with esophageal cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2024 to May 2025 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (40 cases, conventional nursing) and an observation group (40 cases, empathetic nursing mode) using a numerical table. Compare the psychological state and quality of life of two groups of patients. Results The SAS, SDS, and PSQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, while the SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group. The data differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion By implementing the empathetic nursing model, the quality of life of esophageal cancer patients can be improved, negative emotions can be alleviated, and patient comfort can be effectively enhanced. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
