Objective To explore the application effect of early warning combined with standardized emergency procedure in the treatment of patients with ventricular fibrillation. Methods A total of 72 patients with ventricular fibrillation treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University from December 2024 to November 2025 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 36 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received early warning combined with standardized emergency procedure intervention. The intervention effects were compared between the two groups. Results The recognition-to-compression time and recognition-to-defibrillation time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.001). The success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (69.44%) and discharge survival rate (52.78%) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (41.67%, 27.78%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Early warning combined with standardized emergency procedure can significantly shorten the emergency response time of patients with ventricular fibrillation and improve the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
