Objective To explore the application effect of risk management mode in bedside continuous blood purification (CRRT) nursing. Methods 80 bedside CRRT patients admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to September 2024 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group (n=40) and an experimental group (n=40). The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the experimental group received risk management mode on this basis. The nursing effects and incidence of adverse events of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The nursing effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was 7.50%, which was lower than the 27.50% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The risk management model is beneficial for improving the nursing quality of bedside CRRT patients, reducing the occurrence of adverse events such as catheter dislodgement, infection, and puncture site bleeding, and has significant clinical application significance.
