Pancreatic cancer is a highly malignant tumor in the digestive system. Surgery is the main radical treatment method, but during the perioperative period, there are characteristics such as severe pain, high nutritional risk, and high incidence of complications, which seriously affect the recovery and quality of life of patients. Pain management and nutritional support, as the core of perioperative nursing, work together and have significant implications for improving clinical outcomes. This article, based on recent domestic and international research and the latest guidelines, systematically elaborates on the assessment methods and intervention strategies of pain during the perioperative period of pancreatic cancer, the risk screening and implementation paths of nutritional support, analyzes the collaborative mechanism and key points of nursing, discusses existing problems and development directions, and provides references for clinical nursing.
