Objective To analyze the value of using an improved surgical tray bracket in the management of electrosurgical equipment in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Methods Thirty patients who underwent complex oral and maxillofacial surgery between January 2023 and December 2023 were selected and treated with intraoperative modified stents. The safety indicators of the 30 patients and the satisfaction of medical staff with the improvement effect were recorded; Results Among all patients, the number of times the electrosurgical equipment accidentally slipped or fell off during a single surgery was 0, and the number of times the equipment function switch was accidentally triggered during a single surgery was 0. The sterile compliance was 100%, the incidence of intraoperative pressure injury was 0, and the satisfaction rate of medical staff was 100%. Conclusion The application of improved surgical tray supports in the management of electrosurgical equipment in oral and maxillofacial surgery can facilitate surgery and improve surgical safety, benefiting both patients and medical staff.
