脑卒中后吞咽障碍无缝隙康复护理模式临床效果观察

摘要	目的剖析无缝隙康复护理用于脑卒中后吞咽障碍的作用。方法运用数字随机表法，将2025年全年中本院收治的脑卒中后吞咽障碍病人（N=42）均分成2组：试验组采取无缝隙康复护理，对照组行常规护理。对比吞咽功能等指标。结果关于吞咽功能，干预后：试验组（1.32±0.25）分，对照组（2.18±0.31）分，差异显著（P＜0.05）。满意度：试验组95.24%，对照组71.43%，P＜0.05。护理质量：试验组（97.25±1.06）分，对照组（91.33±1.84）分，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论脑卒中后吞咽障碍病人使用无缝隙康复护理，效果显著，且病人的吞咽功能与满意度也都得到明显改善。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of seamless rehabilitation nursing on post-stroke dysphagia. Methods Using the digital random table method, all the patients with post-stroke dysphagia (N=42) admitted to our hospital in 2025 were evenly divided into 2 groups: the experimental group received seamless rehabilitation nursing, and the control group received routine nursing. The indicators of swallowing function and others were compared. Results Regarding swallowing function: After intervention: the experimental group (1.32±0.25) points, the control group (2.18±0.31) points, the difference was significant (P＜0.05). Satisfaction: the experimental group 95.24%, the control group 71.43%, P＜0.05. Nursing quality: the experimental group (97.25±1.06) points, the control group (91.33±1.84) points, the difference was significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion For patients with post-stroke dysphagia, using seamless rehabilitation nursing has a significant effect, and the swallowing function and satisfaction of the patients have also been significantly improved.
