摘要	目的探讨肌内效贴（Kinesio Taping，KT）对经桡动脉穿刺冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）术后术肢肿胀、疼痛及舒适度的应用效果，为优化术后护理方案提供循证依据。方法选取2025年1月至2025年12月于我院心内科行经桡动脉PCI术后出现术肢肿胀的患者60例，随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理（如抬高患肢、健康指导等），观察组在常规护理基础上加用肌内效贴干预。于干预前、干预后24、48、72小时，采用视觉模拟评分法评估疼痛程度，测量掌围评估肿胀程度，并采用Kolcaba舒适状况量表评估舒适度。比较两组患者肿胀消退时间、并发症发生率及患者满意度。结果观察组在术后疼痛评分、掌围减小程度、舒适度评分及肿胀消退时间方面均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义。结论肌内效贴作为一种安全、无创的辅助疗法，能有效促进经桡动脉PCI术后术肢肿胀的消退，减轻疼痛，提高患者舒适度，具有较高的临床推广价值。
Abstract	Objective This study aimed to investigate the efficacy of Kinesio Taping (KT) on limb swelling, pain, and comfort in patients following transradial percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), so as to provide evidence-based support for optimizing postoperative nursing protocols. Methods A total of 60 patients with limb swelling after transradial PCI admitted to the Department of Cardiology in our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group. The control group received routine nursing care, including elevation of the affected limb and health education. The observation group received additional Kinesio Taping intervention on the basis of routine nursing. Pain intensity was assessed using the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), swelling degree was evaluated by measuring palm circumference, and comfort was assessed with the Kolcaba Comfort Status Scale before intervention and at 24, 48, and 72 hours after intervention. The swelling regression time, complication rate, and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group exhibited significantly lower postoperative pain scores, greater reduction in palm circumference, higher comfort scores, and shorter swelling regression time (all P < 0.05). Conclusion As a safe and non-invasive adjuvant therapy, Kinesio Taping can effectively promote the resolution of limb swelling, alleviate pain, and improve comfort in patients after transradial PCI, which holds significant value for clinical application and promotion.
