【Abstract】Objective: To observe the "Tiangui 1" caused by antipsychotic drugs in the treatment of drug-induced amenorrhea in patients with emotional effect. Methods: 96 patients were selected from January 2015 to February 2016 in the hospital treatment of antipsychotic drugs induced by drug amenorrhea in female patients, a total of 96 patients,than we use the method of random to divide the patients into the treatment group and the control group. Control group was given conventional psychopharmacological treatment, while the treatment group on the basis of the control group increased Tiangui, a recipe for treatment, we use 14 days for a course of treatment, continuous treatment for 4 months after comparative observation of the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients, endocrine changes and mental or emotional state indicators. Results: After the end of the four courses of treatment, according to the results you can see, in the evaluation of clinical efficacy, the treatment group’s total effective rate is higher than the control group, the total effective rateof control group is only 72.9%, but the total effective rate of treatment group is 89.6%, hasstatistical significance (P<0.05). In gynecological endocrine index, the treatment group’s effect is better than the control group, and the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05). In terms of emotional state, after two rating scale of two groups of patients, found that for HAMA scale, the score difference between two groups is not significant, dose not have statistically significant; But in HAMD scale, there is obvious difference between two groups. The total score of the treatment group is lower than the control group, and has statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of Tiangui No.1 Decoction "in the treatment with antipsychotic drugs induced drug-induced amenorrhea good, and to improve the risk of emotions has good effect.
