摘要
目的 分析多模态全息影像技术在中央区脑膜瘤手术术前规划与术中导航中的应用价值。方法 选取我院2023年6月至2025年6月期间行手术治疗的中央区脑膜瘤患者临床资料,根据是否应用多模态全息影像技术辅助,将患者分为观察组(全息影像辅助)与对照组(传统影像辅助)。结果 观察组平均手术时间,显著短于对照组,术中估计出血量更少,Simpson I~II级切除率更高,术后新增永久性神经功能缺损发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论 多模态全息影像技术能够为中央区脑膜瘤手术提供直观的解剖与功能关系,对提高肿瘤全切率及保护神经功能有积极意义。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of multimodal holographic imaging technology in preoperative planning and intraoperative navigation of central meningioma surgery. Methods Clinical data of central meningioma patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from June 2023 to June 2025 were selected. Based on whether multimodal holographic imaging technology was used as an aid, the patients were divided into an observation group (holographic imaging assisted) and a control group (traditional imaging assisted). Results The average surgical time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group. The estimated intraoperative bleeding was less, the Simpson I-II resection rate was higher, and the incidence of permanent neurological deficits after surgery was lower (P<0.05). Conclusion Multimodal holographic imaging technology can provide intuitive anatomical and functional relationships for central meningioma surgery, which has positive significance in improving tumor total resection rate and protecting nerve function.
