【Abstract】Objective: Analysis of accept the elderly patients with hip fracture surgery in the influence factors of mental disorders and the corresponding nursing countermeasures.. Methods: Choose between January 2014 and December 2014 in our hospital for surgical treatment of elderly patients with hip fracture surgery of 50 cases as the research object, according to whether the patients in the postoperative concurrent mental disorders into mental disorders groups (n = 21) and without mental disorders group (n = 29), using t test to compare between the two groups of patients with basic information (include: age, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, blood sodium levels), using chi-square test to compare two groups of patients complicated with chronic disease disease situation (including high blood pressure, diabetes, coronary heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and general anesthesia), using Logistic regression analysis of the factors and the occurrence of the correlation between mental disorders. Results: Single factor analysis results show that the age of the patients with mental disorder group was significantly higher than that of without mental disorder (P<0.05), the group had a significantly higher serum sodium levels in patients with mental disorders have no mental disorder group (P<0.05), mental disorder patients complicated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the proportion of general anesthesia is significantly higher than without mental disorder (P<0.05), Logistic regression analysis showed that age, high blood sodium, complicated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, general anesthesia is a risk factor for mental disorder (P<0.05). Conclusion: Age, high blood sodium, complicated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, general anesthesia may be a risk factor for mental disorders, need according to the clinical characteristics of patients taking corresponding nursing intervention, can promote the recovery of patients.
