摘要
目的 分析高频电刀和氩等离子凝固术联合冷冻治疗在恶性气道疾病治疗中的临床疗效。方法 本次研究对象为40例气管、支气管恶性狭窄患者,抽取自2022年11月至2024年5月期间。以随机数字表法进行分组,对照组患者给予高频电刀治疗,观察组患者给予氩等离子凝固术+冷冻治疗,每组20例。对两组临床疗效及治疗前后肺功能FEV1指标。结果 相比较对照组,观察组治疗有效率显高(P<0.05),治疗后观察组肺功能FEV1指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 氩等离子凝固术联合冷冻治疗治疗恶性气道狭窄患者的临床疗效确切,可更有效改善患者肺功能,值得临床推广应用。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of high-frequency electric knife and argon plasma coagulation combined with cryotherapy in the treatment of malignant airway diseases. Methods The subjects of this study were 40 patients with malignant stenosis of the trachea and bronchi, selected from November 2022 to May 2024. The patients were divided into two groups using a random number table method. The control group received high-frequency electric knife treatment, while the observation group received argon plasma coagulation and cryotherapy, with 20 patients in each group. Evaluate the clinical efficacy and FEV1 indicators of lung function before and after treatment for two groups. Results Compared with the conventional group, the experimental group had a significantly higher treatment effectiveness rate (P<0.05), and after treatment, the FEV1 index of lung function in the experimental group was better than that in the conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of argon plasma coagulation combined with cryotherapy in the treatment of patients with malignant airway stenosis is definite, and it can more effectively improve patients' lung function, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
