摘要:目的:探讨小组心理护理在青少年抑郁症患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2014年3月-2016年3月在本院儿童心理病房治疗的青少年抑郁症患者82例,根据数字表法随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组41例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予小组心理护理,护理6周后,比较两组患者的抑郁和焦虑情况、健康教育的知晓率、功能失调改善情况。结果:治疗前,两组患者的抑郁和焦虑的评分的差异无统计学差异;治疗后,与治疗前组内相比,具有显著的减低,观察组的抑郁和焦虑评分显著的低于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义。治疗后,两组患者的抑郁发病原因和临床表现、抗抑郁药物名称、药物副作用以及处理方法、改善睡眠方法、缓解压力方法、依从性重要性评分的差异无统计学意义,观察组患者的抑郁复发前兆和临床表现、改善焦虑方法、需求帮助途径、健康认知和情绪控制关系、积极思维培养方法的得分及以平均得分均显著的高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。治疗前,两组患者的功能失调情况的评分的差异无统计学差异;治疗后,与治疗前组内相比具有显著减低,观察组的功能失调情况评分显著的低于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义。结论:小组心理护理可以有效的改善青少年抑郁症患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪以及功能失调,提升对健康教育的知晓率,值得临床推广。
Abstract
Abstract: Objective: To explore the application effect of group psychological nursing in adolescent depression patients. Methods: 82 adolescent depression patients in Childrens psychological ward in our hospital from March 2014 -March 2016, the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation groupaccording to the number table method,, 41 cases in each group, the control group was given routine nursing care, observation group received group psychological nursing, nursing after 6 weeks, compared two groups of patients with depression and anxiety, the awareness rate of health education, improve the dysfunction. Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups of patients with anxiety and depression score; after treatment, compared with before treatment group, with the observation group was significantly lower, the depression and anxiety scores were significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. After treatment, the pathogenesis of depression in two groups of patients and the clinical manifestations, antidepressant drugs The name, side effects of drugs and treatment methods, improve sleep, relieve pressure, no statistically significant difference in the importance of compliance score in the observation group of patients with recurrent depression precursor and clinical symptoms, improve anxiety, needs help way, healthy cognition and emotional control, positive thinking training method to score and average score were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Before treatment, no significant difference between two groups of patients with dysfunctional condition score; after treatment, compared with before treatment group was significantly decreased, the observation group dysfunction score significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Group psychological nursing can effectively improve the adolescent depression patients with depression, anxiety and dysfunction, enhance the health education awareness rate, it is worthy of clinical extension.
