[Abstract] Objective To investigate the influences of psychological intervention in anxiety and depression, nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients with bone tuberculosis. Methods 80 cases of patients with bone tuberculosis who were treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected, these patients were divided into psychological intervention group (n = 40) and usual care group (n = 40) two groups according to the random number table, the anxiety and depression, nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The SAS score and SDS score of the psychological intervention group were significantly lower (P <0.05), the nursing satisfaction 95.0% (38/40) was significantly higher than the usual care group 77.5% (31/40) (P < 0.05), the proportion of high quality of life 80.0% (32/40) was significantly higher than the usual care group 60.0% (24/40) (P <0.05), the proportion of low 5.0% (2/40) was significantly lower than the usual care group 30.0% (12/40) (P <0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention can effectively relieve anxiety and depression, improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients with bone tuberculosis, so is worthy of promotion in the clinical.
