Objective To explore the impact of detailed nursing on the quality of nursing in the operating room and patient satisfaction during surgery. Methods A total of 110 patients were selected as the study sample , from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025. All patients were registered for treatment in our hospital, and their data were divided into two groups using a random number table method. The control group consisted of 55 patients who received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group consisted of 55 patients who received detailed nursing intervention. The incidence of complications, nursing quality, and nursing satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared. Results The use of detailed nursing services in the observation group can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and the number of occurrences (P<0.05); The quality of nursing care in the operating room of the observation group patients was superior (P<0.05); Adopting a detailed nursing model can increase patients' recognition of medical staff and improve satisfaction (P<0.05). Conclusion The detailed nursing model, as the name suggests, is more meticulous in nursing. It regards patients as the nursing center, comprehensively carries out nursing processes, constantly supplements details, reduces the incidence of complications, improves nursing quality, and increases satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
