Abstract Objective: To explore the psychological nursing intervention on treatment adherence and pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women with gestational diabetes. Methods: Choose 98 pregnant women with gestational diabetes cases, 49 cases will implement psychological nursing intervention to the team, will implement routine nursing 49 cases as control group, compared two groups of pregnant women. Results:Two groups of pregnant womens state of mind, and after the nursing intervention blood glucose levels were significantly improved, the team group to improve the situation was better than control group (P < 0.01); Treatment adherence good team pregnant women accounted was higher control group (P < 0.01); the incidence of cesarean delivery,postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia rate were lower than control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: For pregnant women with gestational diabetes psychological nursing intervention can significantly improve the psychological condition, improve the treatment compliance, so as to better control blood sugar levels and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
