健康教育联合心理护理对于改善大面积烧伤患者心理状态的效果分析

摘要
【摘要】目的:探讨健康教育联合心理护理对于改善大面积烧伤患者心理状态的效果观察。方法:选取2013年1月至2016年1月来我院烧伤科接受治疗的大面积烧伤患者66例,按随机数字表地方法分为观察组(n=33)和对照组(n=33),予以对照组常规的护理方法,予以观察组健康教育联合心理护理措施。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表( SDS)评分对两组患者的心理状态进行评估和比较,并对两组患者的护理效果以及患者对疾病认知度进行对比和分析。结果:干预前,观察组患者与对照组患者的SAS(抑郁自评量表)评分以及SDS(抑郁自评量表)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后的评分明显低于干预前,且观察组患者的SAS评分以及SDS评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05);教育后的观察组患者的掌握情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组的护理效果亦显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育联合心理护理可以有效改善大面积烧伤患者不良的心理状态,并且在一定程度上提升了患者对疾病的认知,以及促进了护理效果,其值得临床推广应用。
Abstract
【Abstract】 objective: to study the health education in combination with psychological nursing to improve the effect of large area burn patients psychological state observation. Methods: between January 2013 and January 2013 in our hospital 66 cases of acute treatment of large area burn patients, according to the random number table method is divided into observation group (n = 33) and control group (n = 33), By the self-assessment lists of anxiety and depression self rating scale (SAS) score (SDS) score to evaluate two groups of patients psychological state and the comparison, and the nursing effect of two groups of patients and patients with the disease recognition is compared and analyzed. Results: before intervention, the observation group of patients and the control group of patients with SAS (), depression self rating scale score and SDS (), depression self rating scale score no statistically significant difference (P > 0.05), after the intervention, score significantly lower than before, and the observation group of patients with SAS scores and SDS score was significantly better than that of control group (P < 0.05); Observation group of patients after education master was significantly better than the control group (P < 0.05); And nursing effect of observation group is significantly superior to control group, the difference is statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: health education in combination with psychological nursing can improve the large area burn patients with poor psychological state, and to a certain extent, improved the patients cognition to the disease, and promote the nursing effect, it is worth clinical application.
