摘要	摘要：目的：探究分析循证护理对高血压性脑出血患者术后意识障碍及心理情绪的影响。方法：随机选取2014年10月～2015年10月收治的120例高血压性脑出血患者为研究对象，收集患者的临床资料，随机分为观察组（n=60）和对照组(n=60)，给予对照组患者常规护理干预，同时，观察组患者采用循证护理，加强对患者的心理干预，观察并对比分析两组缓和术后意识障碍及心理不良情绪的差异。结果：观察组患者的SAS评分（45.31 ±6.47）分及巴氏指数评分（55.6±6.3）分较对照组高（P<0.05），且观察组患者恐惧度（18.33%）明显低于对照组（45.00%），观察组患者的护理满意度（93.3%）显著高于对照组（76.7%），两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：循证护理有助于改善高血压性脑出血患者的焦虑情绪，有助于缓解心理压力且有效改善患者术后意识障碍，具有积极的临床应用价值。
Abstract	Abstract: Objective: To explore the analysis of evidence-based nursing on postoperative patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and disturbance of consciousness and the impact of anxiety. Methods: Randomly selected from October 2014 to October 2015, 120 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients as the research object, collected the clinical data of patients, randomly divided into observation group (n = 60) and control group (n = 60) and control group patients routine nursing intervention, at the same time, the observation group were treated by evidence-based nursing, observation and analysis of two groups of palliative surgery disturbance of consciousness, and the difference of anxiety. Results: The observation group of patients with SAS score（45.31 ±6.47）and pap index score（55.6±6.3） higher than control group (P < 0.05), and degree of fear (18.33%) patients with observation group was obviously lower than the control group (45.00%) in the observation group of patients satisfaction with nursing care (93.3%) is significantly higher than control group (76.7%), comparing the two groups statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Evidence-based nursing can help improve the anxiety of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, can effectively improve the postoperative patients with disturbance of consciousness, has a positive value for clinical application.
