Objective To explore the implementation effect of perioperative rapid rehabilitation nursing in traumatic orthopedic patients, and to analyze the implementation path of traumatic orthopedic patients. Methods 100 patients with orthopedic surgery from December 2020 to December 2021, 50 patients in the control group, 50 patients in the observation group under the Fugl-Meyer rating scale; the probability of thrombosis, limb swelling (mild, severe) and hospitalization; the satisfaction of the patients with the perioperative care. Results Low limb disorder grade of patients on the Fugl-Meyer rating scale; high response rate and high satisfaction rate, (P<0.05). Conclusion It can promote the repair of postoperative limb function and prevent the adverse risk of thrombosis and swelling. It is helpful to the improvement of the comprehensive bone healing effect of patients. The clinical nursing services are relatively accepted by patients, which can pull into the distance in the bone trauma repair period and obtain satisfaction.
