内观心理疗法对慢性精神分裂症患者社会人际关系、功能及生活质量的影响

【摘要】 探讨内观心理疗法对慢性精神分裂症患者社会人际关系、功能及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2013年2月—2015年6月我院收治的120例慢性精神分裂症患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其均分为研究组和对照组，对照组给予抗精神病药物治疗，研究组在对照组基础上另联合内观心理疗法治疗，对两组治疗后社会人际关系评估[症状自评量表（SCL-90）中的人际关系敏感评分、敌对因子评分]、社会功能评估[住院精神病人社会功能评定量表（SSPI评分）]及生活质量评估[生活质量综合评定问卷-74（GQOLI-74）]进行观察比较，并对两组患者治疗后1年复发率进行随访观察。结果 治疗后研究组人际关系敏感因子、敌对因子评分分别均较治疗前显著减小，且治疗后研究组社会人际关系各因子得分较对照组减小显著（P＜0.05）；治疗后1个月、2个月、3个月研究组SSPI总评分均较对照组升高显著（P＜0.05）；治疗后研究组躯体健康、心理健康、社会功能评分均较对照组升高显著，均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组治疗后1年复发率3.33%及再住院率1.67%均较对照组20.00%/11.67%显著低（P＜0.05）。结论 内观心理疗法可显著改善慢性精神分裂症患者社会人际关系、功能及生活质量，有效降低复发率及再住院率，在临床中有较广泛的应用价值。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of Naikan therapy on social and interpersonal relationship, function and quality of life in patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods 120 patients with chronic schizophrenia admitted in our hospital between February 2013 and June 2015 were selected as study subjects. By the random number table method, they were divided into the study groups and the control group. The control group was treated with antipsychotics. On the basis, the study group was treated with Naikan therapy. After treatment, the social and interpersonal relationship [interpersonal sensitivity score of symptom checklist (SCL-90), hostility factor score], social function [Scale of Social-Skills for Psychiatric Inpatients (SSPI score)] and quality of life [General Quality Of Life Inventory-74 (GQOLI-74)] were observed and compared between the two groups. The recurrence rates in the two groups in 1-year follow-up after treatment were recorded. Results After treatment, the interpersonal sensitivity factor and hostility factor scores of the study group were significantly lower than those before treatment and the interpersonal relationship scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05);At 1 month, 2 months and 3 months after treatment, the total SSPI score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05); After treatment, the scores of physical health, mental health and social function in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05); In 1 year after treatment, the recurrence rate and rehospitalization rate in the study group (3.33%, 1.67%) were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Naikan therapy can significantly improve the social and interpersonal relationship, function and quality of life in patients with chronic schizophrenia, and effectively reduce the recurrence rate and re-hospitalization rate. It is of high application value in clinical practice.
