Abstract Objective:To investigate the application of comprehensive nursing and psychological effects, rehabilitation treatment compliance in Alzheimers patients. Methods: July 2014 - Alzheimers patients in July 2016 the hospital for treatment of 90 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Implementation usual care control group, the observation group integrated nursing intervention, two groups were compared and the effect of psychological care, rehabilitation treatment compliance situation. Results: The observation group after treatment Hamilton Depression Scale score, anxiety score was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05); the observation group rehabilitation awareness of the disease, medication compliance, nutritional support and family support rate was significantly higher (P <0.05); after observation group care quality of life physical function, activity, vitality, mental emotional, social skills and self-confidence scores were significantly higher (P <0.05). Conclusion: Compared with conventional methods of care, treatment of Alzheimers patients over the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the patients psychological and rehabilitative treatment compliance, should be widely applied.
