摘要
目的:调查大学生使用智能手机情况,探讨大学生智能手机成瘾与学习厌倦之间的关系。方法:采用问卷调查方式,对415名大学生的智能手机使用和学习厌倦情况进行调查研究。结果:智能手在大学生中普及率较高,两次调查中有98.8%的大学生使用智能手机,且存在12.0%的智能手机成瘾者。手机成瘾人群的学习厌倦得分明显高非成瘾人群。相关分析显示突显行为、戒断行为明显和大学生智能手机成瘾之间存在正相关性,回归分析提示行为不当和学习成绩是手机成瘾的重要影响因素。结论:大学生普遍使用智能手机,学习厌倦心理与大学生智能手机成瘾之间存在密切关系。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the situation of college students using smartphone,and explore the relationship between college students smartphone addiction and learning burnout. Methods 415 college students were surveyed with Smartphone Addiction Scale and Learning Burnout Scale. Results 98.8% of college students had smart phones. 12.0% of all participants exhibited smartphone addiction. The learning burnout of smartphone addiction group was significantly higher than non-addicts. Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between inappropriate conduct, withdrawal behavior and college students smartphone addiction. Regression analysis suggested that inappropriate conduct and academic performance played a vital part in the cell phone addiction. Conclusion College students generally use smart phones. There is a close relationship between the smart phone addiction of college students and learning burnout.
