| 摘要 |
探究手术室护理对臂丛神经阻滞麻醉下手外伤患者的镇痛作用。方法 研究共入选80例患者，均来自我院手外科，选取时间2020年11月到2022年1月，随机分组，分别为干预组、对照组，每组患者40例，实施不同的护理干预，比对2组患者疼痛发生率、术前和术后三天内疼痛评分、患者的护理满意度等。结果 2组术后疼痛发生率分别为25%、47%，明显干预组发生率更低，数据检验后p<0.05；统计术前和术后三天内患者的疼痛评分变化情况，除术前一项评分，术后各阶段疼痛评分均为对照组更高，数据差异存在统计学意义（p<0.05）；基础生活护理、术后并发症护理、服务态度、人文关怀、疼痛护理等5项满意度评分，均为干预组更高，数据差异存在统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论 手术室护理相比于常规护理，针对性更强，对术后疼痛的缓解作用更明显，值得临床积极推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the analgesic effect of operating room nursing on patients with hand trauma under brachial plexus block anesthesia. Methods a total of 80 patients were enrolled in the study. They all came to the hand surgery department of our hospital. They were randomly divided into intervention group and control group from November 2020 to January 2022. There were 40 patients in each group. Different nursing interventions were implemented. The incidence of pain, pain scores before and within three days after operation, and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared. Results the incidence of postoperative pain in the two groups were 25% and 47% respectively. The incidence in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05); The changes of pain scores of patients before and within three days after operation were counted. Except for one score before operation, the pain scores of each stage after operation were higher in the control group, and the data difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); The five satisfaction scores of basic life nursing, postoperative complication nursing, service attitude, humanistic care and pain nursing were higher in the intervention group, and the data difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion compared with routine nursing, operating room nursing has stronger pertinence and more obvious effect on postoperative pain relief, which is worthy of clinical active promotion.
