摘要	静息态功能磁共振对强迫症（obsessive-compulsive disorder, OCD）脑区功能连接异常的研究已经成为研究OCD病理机制的主要研究方法之一。本文回顾并总结了用静息态功能磁共振两种方法（ROI和GBC）来对OCD患者相关脑区功能连接异常的研究，尤其强调了GBC方法对研究强迫症脑区功能连接的优势和发现。最后引出了对将来研究在方法学上的展望。
Abstract	Resting-state functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging has been one of the main methods which explored the abnormal brain functional connectivity of obsessive - compulsive disorder. Our study recalled and summarized the abnormal brain functional connectivity results applying two analytic methods (ROI and GBC) of the resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging. Comparing to the ROI method, our study highlighted the brain functional connectivity results with GBC method and advantages of GBC method in OCD . At last, we look forward to new research methods.
