【 Abstract】objective:To discuss the psychological and inflammatory status effect of risperidone treatment for patients with senile cerebral apoplexy and mental illness.Methods: 100 patients with senile cerebral apoplexy and mental illness were retrospectively analyzed from September 2012 to December 2015 in our Hospitals. According to the treatment, all patients were divided into risperidone group and control group, 50 cases in each group, control group patients given routine intervention treatment,on the base, risperidone group patients given risperidone treatment, simple intelligence mental state examination (MMSE) was used to assess the mental state,Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) was used to assess the anxiety,Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) was used to assess the depression,enzyme-linked immunosorbent (ELISA) was used to detect serum c-reactive protein (CRP) level,followed up for 6 months,analyzed all the mental status of patients before and after treatment, side effects, CRP level and treatment before and after treatment 1, 3, 6 months of anxiety and depression.Results:Risperidone group patients with treatment efficiency was significantly higher than the control group, with significant difference (P < 0.05);Risperidone group patients with CRP level were significantly lower than the control group, with significant difference (P < 0.05).Risperidone group patients with 1, 3, 6 months of HAMA and HAMD scores were significantly lower than the control group, with significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusions:Risperidone therapy can effectively improve the old patients with cerebral apoplexy combined mental illness mental state and inflammatory state, improve the clinical curative effect,it is helpful to reduce patients causing bad emotions such as anxiety, depression, it’s worth for further clinical promotion.
