| 摘要 |
探讨神经内科护理对脑卒中糖尿病患者康复的护理方法和效果。方法 将我院2021年1月-2022年1月80例脑卒中糖尿病患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施神经内科护理。比较两组护理前后神经功能缺损程度得分、血糖监测的结果、护理满意度、住院时间、血糖控制达标时间、并发症率。结果 实验组神经功能缺损程度得分、血糖监测的结果低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，住院时间、血糖控制达标时间短于对照组，并发症率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 脑卒中糖尿病患者实施神经内科护理效果确切，可有效控制血糖，改善神经功能，减少并发症，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the nursing methods and effects of Neurology nursing on rehabilitation of stroke patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 80 cases of diabetic stroke patients in our hospital from January 2021 to January -2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given neurology nursing. The neurological deficit score, blood glucose monitoring results, nursing satisfaction, length of hospital stay, blood glucose control standard time and complication rate were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results the score of neurological deficit and the results of blood glucose monitoring in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, the hospitalization time and blood glucose control standard time were shorter than those in the control group, and the complication rate was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion the nursing effect of Neurology in stroke patients with diabetes mellitus is exact, which can effectively control blood sugar, improve neurological function and reduce complications, which is worthy of promotion.
