摘要
目的 探究微生物检验在预防、诊断治疗泌尿系感染中的价值。方法 取我院(2024年12月-2025年12月)尿路感染患者120例,随机分组,各组均60例,对照组+常规检测+抗生素治疗,观察组+检测病原学+治疗个性化方案,对比组间疗效。结果 较之对照组,观察组诊断准确率、疗效、症状改善时间均较对照组更佳(P<0.05)。分析病原学提示,送检60份标本中检出58份致病微生物,31.03%大肠埃希菌、17.24%念珠菌、13.79%屎肠球菌、10.34%肺炎克雷伯菌。结论 微生物检验可将可靠依据提供给临床用于治疗泌尿系感染,可提升疗效,推动康复进程,可行。
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of microbial testing in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract infections. Methods 120 patients with urinary tract infections in our hospital (from December 2024 to December 2025) were randomly divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine testing and antibiotic treatment, while the observation group received detection of pathogenic microorganisms and personalized treatment plans. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the diagnostic accuracy rate, therapeutic effect and symptom improvement time of the observation group were better (P<0.05). Analysis of pathogenic microorganisms indicated that among 60 specimens submitted for testing, 58 were pathogenic microorganisms, including 31.03% Escherichia coli, 17.24% Candida, 13.79% Enterococcus faecalis, and 10.34% Klebsiella pneumoniae. Conclusion Microbial testing can provide reliable evidence for clinical treatment of urinary tract infections, improve therapeutic effects, and promote the recovery process. It is feasible.
