精神分裂症患者治疗依从性影响因素及干预策略分析

摘要	目的分析讨论精神分裂症患者治疗依从性影响因素及干预策略。方法实验时间显示在2024年8月至2025年8月期间进行，取2024年8月-202年2月期间收治精神分裂症患者40例作为对照组行常规护理，并对患者治疗依从性影响因素进行分析，建立针对性干预策略，取2025年3月-2025年8月期间收治精神分裂症40例患者作为观察组，将针对性干预策略进行临床实践，对相关数据指标进行记录，对比分析结果变化。结果与对照组相比，观察组患者治疗依从性显著更优，1年后复发率显低，两组数据对比P均＜0.05，有可比性。结论对精神分裂症患者治疗依从性影响因素进行分析，并建立针对性护理对策，更利于提高患者治疗依从性，降低复发风险，对医疗事业的发展显示积极促进作用，值得作为可靠干预策略推广。
Abstract	Objective To analyze and discuss the influencing factors of treatment adherence in schizophrenia patients and develop targeted intervention strategies. Methods The study was conducted from August 2024 to August 2025. Forty schizophrenia patients admitted between August 2024 and February 2025 were enrolled as the control group and received routine nursing care. The influencing factors of treatment adherence were analyzed, and targeted intervention strategies were established. Another 40 schizophrenia patients admitted during 2025.3-2025.8 were enrolled as the observation group. The targeted intervention strategies were clinically implemented, and relevant data indicators were recorded for comparative analysis. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group demonstrated significantly better treatment adherence and a markedly lower relapse rate after one year. The P-values for both groups were <0.05, indicating comparability. Conclusion Analyzing the influencing factors of treatment adherence in schizophrenia patients and establishing targeted nursing strategies can effectively improve treatment adherence, reduce relapse risks, and positively contribute to the development of healthcare. These strategies are worthy of promotion as reliable intervention approaches.
