Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of comprehensive nasal cosmetic surgery in correcting various types of nasal morphological defects and optimizing facial aesthetic coordination. Methods 100 patients who underwent comprehensive nasal cosmetic surgery at our hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected as the research subjects. Based on preoperative three-dimensional aesthetic evaluation, individualized combination of prosthesis rhinoplasty, autologous cartilage nasal tip shaping, nasal wing reduction, and nasal columella elongation were performed. Standardize intraoperative procedures and postoperative care. Results Among 100 cases followed up for 6-18 months, 92% were satisfied with the shaping effect, and 8% experienced mild complications and recovered. There were significant differences (P<0.05) in postoperative indicators such as nasal back height, nasal tip protrusion, and nasal wing width compared to preoperative levels. Conclusion Based on preoperative three-dimensional aesthetic evaluation, individualized combination of prosthesis rhinoplasty, autologous cartilage nasal tip shaping, nasal wing reduction, and nasal columella elongation are performed. Standardize intraoperative procedures and postoperative care.
