[Abstract] Objective To investigate the joint comprehensive nursing intervention applied pelvic muscle training effect of early cervical cancer patients after negative emotion, sexual function rehabilitation and quality of life. Methods May 2013 to April 2015 were treated 96 patients with early stage cervical cancer were randomly divided into two groups, each of 48 cases. The control group underwent routine care, observation of nursing intervention group underwent a comprehensive joint pelvic muscle training, before and after comparison of two treatments SAS, SDS scores, quality of life and sexual function scores rehabilitation. Results After observation group care SAS, SDS scores than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). observation group were pain during intercourse, vaginal dryness rate lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 ). after observation group care role function, cognitive function, physical function, emotional function, social function scores were higher, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention combined with pelvic muscle training for early cervical cancer patients after surgery can significantly relieve negative emotions, and promote rehabilitation of sexual function, quality of life, worthy of promotion.
