基于螺旋CT的三维重建技术诊断颌面部骨折的价值观察

摘要
目的 分析基于螺旋CT的三维重建技术诊断颌面部骨折的价值。方法 该研究将2024年1月至2025年12月期间到医院诊治的86例疑似颌面部骨折患者当作研究对象进行回顾性分析,所有对象均进行常规螺旋CT检查、三维重建技术检查。收集对象的临床资料,将手术检查结果当作参照依据,统计常规螺旋CT检查、三维重建技术的诊断效能及不同类型检出率。结果 在诊断准确率、敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值及阴性预测值上,三维重建技术检查均高于常规螺旋CT检查(P<0.05)。在Ⅰ型颌面部骨折检出率上,三维重建技术高于常规螺旋CT检查(P<0.05);在Ⅱ型及Ⅲ型颌面部骨折检出率上,三维重建技术与螺旋CT对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 基于螺旋CT的三维重建技术用于颌面部骨折的诊断价值良好,能明确不同类型颌面部骨折。
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction in maxillofacial fractures. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 86 patients with suspected maxillofacial fractures who sought treatment at our hospital between January 2024 and December 2025. All subjects underwent conventional spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction examinations. Clinical data were collected, with surgical findings serving as the reference standard. Diagnostic efficacy and detection rates for different fracture types were statistically evaluated for both conventional spiral CT and 3D reconstruction. Results 3D reconstruction demonstrated superior diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value compared to conventional spiral CT (P < 0.05). For Type I maxillofacial fractures, 3D reconstruction demonstrated higher detection rates than conventional spiral CT (P < 0.05). For Type II and III fractures, no significant difference was observed between 3D reconstruction and conventional spiral CT (P > 0.05). Conclusion Three-dimensional reconstruction based on spiral CT demonstrates good diagnostic value for maxillofacial fractures and can accurately identify different types of maxillofacial fractures.
