摘要
目的 讨论及研究喜辽妥联合不同注射方法在改善阿扎胞苷皮下注射不良反应中的应用效果。方法选择2025年1月-2025年12月于我院接受阿扎胞苷的60例患者进行研究,随机数字表法分成对照组和实验组,每组30例,对照组常规注射,实验组区域轮换注射联合注射后喜辽妥涂抹,对比两组患者疼痛程度;不良反应发生率。结果 两组患者提供不同的干预措施后,实验组疼痛程度低于对照组,P<0.05,对比不良反应发生率,实验组更低,p<0.05。结论 为阿扎胞苷皮下注射的患者提供轮换区域皮下注射联合注射后涂抹喜辽妥,可以提升患者的舒适度,降低并发症的产生,值得提倡。
Abstract
Objective To discuss and study the application effect of Xiliaotuo combined with different injection methods in improving the adverse reactions of azacitidine subcutaneous injection. Methods Sixty patients who received azacitidine in our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were selected for the study. They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group by the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine injections, while the experimental group received regional rotation injections combined with Xiliaotuo application after injection. The pain levels of the two groups were compared. Incidence of adverse reactions. Results After providing different intervention measures to the two groups of patients, the pain degree in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, P<0.05. In contrast, the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was even lower, p<0.05. Conclusion For patients who receive subcutaneous injection of azacitidine, providing rotational area subcutaneous injection combined with application of Xiliaotuo after injection can enhance the comfort of patients and reduce the occurrence of complications, which is worthy of promotion.
