急性心肌梗死急诊介入治疗的时机选择与疗效分析

摘要	目的讨论及研究急性心肌梗死急诊介入治疗的时机选择与疗效分析。方法选择2023年1月份至2024年1月份收治的100例患者进行研究，随机分成对照组和实验组，每组50例患者，对照组为择期治疗，实验组为急诊PCI治疗，对比两组患者的心功能指标；心肌损伤标志物水平。结果两组患者提供不同的治疗方案后，实验组患者心功能指标优于对照组，p<0.05，分析患者的心肌损伤标志物水平，实验组优于对照组，p<0.05。结论对急诊心肌梗死患者开展急诊PCI可以改善患者的心肌灌注，促进患者心功能恢复，改善患者的临床指标。
Abstract	Objective To discuss and study the timing selection and efficacy analysis of emergency interventional treatment for acute myocardial infarction. Methods 100 patients admitted from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected for the study, randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group received elective treatment, while the experimental group received emergency PCI treatment. The cardiac function indicators and levels of myocardial injury markers of the two groups were compared. Results After providing different treatment plans for the two groups of patients, the cardiac function indicators of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, p < 0.05. Analyzing the levels of myocardial injury markers of the patients, the experimental group was better than the control group, p < 0.05. Conclusion Emergency PCI for patients with acute myocardial infarction can improve myocardial perfusion, promote the recovery of cardiac function, and improve clinical indicators of patients.
