Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment in patients with hypertension and dizziness. Methods 130 patients who met the inclusion criteria in our hospital from June 2023 to June 2025 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment, while the observation group received additional treatment based on traditional Chinese medicine differentiation. Results The SBP level, DBP level, DHI total score, and TCM syndrome score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the SF-36 total score was higher (P<0.05). And there was no significant increase in the incidence of adverse reactions (P>0.05). Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment may provide a safer and more effective clinical pathway for patients with hypertension and dizziness.
