Objective To analyze the impact of ultrasound-guided transversus abdominis plane (TAP) block combined with general anesthesia on the perioperative clinical outcomes of patients undergoing daytime laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent daytime laparoscopic myomectomy in our hospital from June 2023 to June 2025 were selected and randomly divided into the TAP block combined with general anesthesia group (T group) and the simple general anesthesia group (G group). Results The average mean arterial pressure (MAP) and heart rate (HR) amplitudes during pneumoperitoneum establishment and surgical exploration in the T group were significantly lower than those in the G group, and the NRS scores at rest and during activity at 6 and 12 hours after surgery were lower (P < 0.05). The total amount of sufentanil added within 24 hours was lower in the T group, the QoR-40 score was higher, and the time for the first postoperative ambulation, anal exhaust, oral feeding, and hospital stay was shorter in the T group (P < 0.05). Conclusion In daytime laparoscopic myomectomy, the application of ultrasound-guided TAP block combined with general anesthesia can improve the quality of early postoperative recovery and accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation process.
