Objective To explore the effect of clinical comprehensive treatment for patients with shoulder joint pain. Methods 80 patients with shoulder joint pain who were treated in our hospital from December 2024 to December 2025 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups using the random number table method. The control group (n=40 cases) received single drug analgesic treatment, while the observation group (n=40 cases) received comprehensive treatment from the pain department. The pain degree and shoulder joint function of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the pain degree and function of the shoulder joint between the two groups (P＞0.05). After treatment, the pain degree of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the shoulder joint function score was higher than that of the control group, with differences (P＜0.05). Conclusion Conducting clinical comprehensive treatment for patients with shoulder joint pain, precisely targeting the pathogenesis of pain, promotes local blood circulation and the recovery of nerve function, thereby alleviating the pain of patients and improving the function of the shoulder joint. This treatment method is worthy of clinical promotion.
