Objective To analyze the effect of Shuxuening injection combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 80 patients treated at our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were selected for this study and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received conventional Western medical treatment, while the experimental group was given Shuxuening injection in addition to the treatment received by the control group. The treatment effects, motor function, and neurological function of the two groups were compared, along with the incidence of adverse reactions. Results After receiving different treatment regimens, the experimental group showed better treatment effects than the control group (p<0.05). Comparison of neurological and motor functions indicated that the experimental group was superior to the control group (p<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the experimental group (p<0.05). Conclusion Treatment of patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction using Shuxuening injection combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets can improve treatment efficacy, enhance motor and neurological functions, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, and promote recovery.
