【摘要】目的：研究实施人性化管理对精神科封闭管理病房患者满意度的影响。方法：选取2012年7月~2013年7月实施人性化管理后收入我院精神科封闭病区的患者180例作为实验组，对患者及家属治疗依从性及管理满意度进行评价，并与实施人性化管理前收入的174例患者比较。结果：实验组的治疗依从性及管理满意度明显高于对照组，具有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论：在精神科封闭管理病房实施性化管理，明显提高了患者及家属的治疗依从性及管理满意度。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To study the implementation of the humanized management influence of closed management of patient satisfaction in psychiatric ward. Methods: from 2012 July ~2013 year in July my courtyard department of the spirit of implementing the humanized management income after closed wards in 180 patients as the experimental group, carries on the appraisal to the patients and their families to the treatment compliance and management satisfaction, and with the implementation of the humanized management income before 174 patients to compare. Results: the treatment compliance and management satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistical difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in psychiatric wards closed management of management, significantly improve the treatment compliance of patients and their family members and management satisfaction.
