【Abstract】Objective: To investigate and analyze the incidence of atopic dermatitis (AD) and its influencing factors. Methods: The clinical data of 102 AD patients admitted from January 2023 to January 2025 were retrospectively analyzed. According to whether negative emotions occurred, they were divided into negative emotion group and normal group. The baseline data of the two groups were compared, and the influencing factors of negative emotions in AD patients were screened. Results: Among the 102 AD patients, 44 patients had negative emotions, the incidence rate was 43.13%. The number of visits, the proportion of people with per capita monthly income less than 3,000, the proportion of people with sleep time less than 6 h/d, the proportion of people with spicy diet, the proportion of people with exercise habits, the proportion of people with head and neck diseases, the degree of disease cognition, SPS score, SCORAD score and SSRS score in the negative emotion group were significantly higher than those in the normal group (P < 0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that high number of visits, average monthly family income < 3,000, sleep time < 6 h/d, head and neck disease, low degree of disease recognition, increased SPS score, increased SCORAD score and increased SSRS score were all risk factors for negative emotions in AD patients (OR > 1, P < 0.05). Conclusion: The high number of visits, the average monthly income of the family < 3,000, the sleep time < 6 h/d, the onset of head and neck, the low degree of disease recognition, the increase of SPS score, SCORAD score and SSRS score are all risk factors for negative emotions in AD patients. Therefore, clinical attention should be paid to multi-dimensional evaluation and early psychological intervention of AD patients. By integrating dermatological treatment, mental health support and social resources, the risk of negative emotions can be reduced and the overall prognosis can be improved.
