| 摘要 |
【摘要】目的 探讨不同程度抑郁症患者异常心电图检出情况及心率变异性差异。方法 纳入2022年1月到2024年12月101例抑郁症患者，按汉密尔顿抑郁量表17项评分划分为轻度、中度、重度组，进行心电图检查，比较各组异常心电图检出情况及心率变异性指标。结果 101例抑郁症患者，其中重度抑郁25例，中度抑郁54例，轻度抑郁22例；重度组窦性心动过缓、ST-T改变检出率显著高于轻度组（P<0.05），其余异常心电图检出率的组间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；重度组SDNN、SDANN、rMSSD均显著低于中度与轻度组，（P<0.05）。结论 抑郁症患者异常心电图检出率较高，且重度抑郁者更容易出现异常心电图，自主神经功能更低。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To explore the differences in abnormal electrocardiogram detection and heart rate variability among patients with different degrees of depression. Methods A total of 101 depression patients were divided into the mild, the moderate, and the severe groups based on the 17 item Hamilton Depression Scale scores. The electrocardiogram examination was performed. The detection of abnormal electrocardiograms and heart rate variability indicators among different groups were compared. Results Among 101 patients with depression, 25 had severe depression, 54 had moderate depression, and 22 had mild depression; The detection rate of sinus bradycardia and ST-T changes in the severe group was significantly higher than those in the mild group (P<0.05). The levels of SDNN, SDANN, and rMSSD in the severe group were significantly lower than those in the moderate and mild group (P<0.05). Conclusion The detection rate of abnormal electrocardiograms is relatively high in patients with depression, and those with severe depression are more prone to abnormal electrocardiograms and have lower autonomic nerve function.
