摘要
【摘要】目的 探讨重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,rTMS)联合应用行为分析(applied behavior analysis,ABA)训练对儿童孤独症言语语言障碍的干预效果。方法 纳入本院2024年1月至2025年1月孤独症患儿80例,依据随机数表法设观察、对照组,各40例。对照组予以ABA训练干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合rTMS。两组均干预3个月。评估并比较两组儿童孤独症评定量表(Children's Autism Rating Scale,CARS)、孤独症行为量表(Autism Behavior Checklist,ABC)、Gesell发育量表评分。结果 两组干预后CARS、ABC评分较干预前降低,且观察组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预后Gesell发育量表各维度评分较干预前升高,且观察组语言能力评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 rTMS联合ABA训练用于儿童孤独症不仅可改善患儿孤独症症状及行为,还可改善其语言发育迟缓。
Abstract
【Abstract】Objective To explore repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) combined with applied behavior analysis The intervention effect of ABA training on speech and language disorders in children with autism. Method A total of 80 children with autism in our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were included. According to the random number table method, an observation group and a control group were set up, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given ABA training intervention, while the observation group was combined with rTMS on the basis of the control group. Both groups were intervened for 3 months. Evaluate and compare the scores of the Children'sAutism Rating Scale (CARS), the Autism Behavior Checklist (ABC) and Gesell Developmental Scale in the two groups. Result After the intervention, the CARS and ABC scores of both groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the scores of the observation group were even lower. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After the intervention in both groups, the scores of each dimension of the Gesell Developmental Scale were higher than those before the intervention, and the language ability score of the observation group was higher. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion rTMS combined with ABA training for children with autism can not only improve the symptoms and behaviors of loneliness in children, but also improve their delayed language development.
