【摘要】目的 探讨脑电生物反馈干预对精神分裂症认知功能、生活能力的影响。方法 纳入2023年2月-2025年5月105例精神分裂症患者,数字表法随机分为两组,对照组给予药物治疗,观察组联合脑电生物反馈干预,均治疗8周。比较治疗前后阳性与阴性症状评定量表、简易精神状态量表(mini mental state examination, MMSE)以及日常生活能力量表(activity of daily living scale,ADL)。结果 治疗后2组各项精神症状评分均低于治疗前,但治疗后观察组阴性症状评分显著低于对照组,(P<0.05),其余两项评分差异不显著,(P>0.05);治疗后2组MMSE评分、ADL评分均高于治疗前,但治疗后观察组两项评分显著高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论 脑电生物反馈干预能够减轻精神分裂症患者阴性症状,提升认知功能以及日常生活能力。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To explore the effects of EEG biofeedback intervention on cognitive function and life ability in schizophrenia. Methods A total of 105 patients with schizophrenia included from February 2023 to May 2025. They were randomly divided into two groups using the numerical table method. The control group received drug treatment, while the observation group received combined EEG biofeedback intervention, both for 8 weeks of treatment. The positive and negative symptom assessment scales, mini mental state examination (MMSE), and activity of daily living scale (ADL) before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the scores of various mental symptoms in both groups were lower than before treatment, but the negative symptom scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the scores of the other two items (P>0.05). After treatment, the MMSE scores and ADL scores in both groups were higher than before treatment, but the observation group had significantly higher scores in both categories compared to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion EEG biofeedback intervention can alleviate negative symptoms in patients with schizophrenia, improve cognitive function and daily living abilities.
