摘要
【摘要】 目的 探讨盐酸哌甲酯缓释片对多动症(Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder,ADHD)患儿神经递质水平及体格生长指标的影响。方法 选择ADHD患儿96例,按随机数表法分为对照组(n=48,脑电生物反馈治疗)和研究组(n=48,脑电生物反馈+盐酸哌甲酯缓释片治疗)。比较两组疗效、注意力缺陷多动障碍评定量表(Swanson, Nolan, and Pelham Rating Scale, Fourth Edition,SANP-IV)评分、血清神经递质[5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)、多巴胺(Dopamine,DA)]及体格生长指标[身高、体重指数(Body mass index,BMI)、生长速度(Growth velocity,GV)]水平。结果 研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后SANP-IV评分均降低,5-HT、DA水平均升高,且组间比较有差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗1年后身高、BMI、GV均升高,且研究组身高、GV高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 盐酸哌甲酯缓释片治疗ADHD患儿,可显著改善其临床症状和生长情况,有效调节患儿神经递质水平,疗效显著。
Abstract
【Abstract】 Objective To exploring the effects of sustained-release methylphenidate hydrochloride tablets on neurotransmitter levels and physical growth indicators in children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).Methods 96 children with ADHD were selected and randomly divided into a control group (n=48, treated with EEG biofeedback) and a study group (n=48, treated with EEG biofeedback and methylphenidate hydrochloride sustained-release tablets) using a random number table method. Compare the efficacy of two groups, the scores of the Swanson, Nolan, and Pelham Rating Scale (Fourth Edition, SANP-IV), serum neurotransmitters [5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), dopamine (DA)], and physical growth indicators [height, body mass index (BMI), growth velocity (GV)].Results The total effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, both groups showed a decrease in SANP-IV scores and an increase in 5-HT and DA levels, with significant differences between the groups (P<0.05). After one year of treatment, the height, BMI, and GV of both groups increased, and the height and GV of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The sustained-release tablets of methylphenidate hydrochloride can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and growth status of children with ADHD, effectively regulate the levels of neurotransmitters in children, and have significant therapeutic effects.
