| 摘要 |
【摘要】 目的 探讨家庭正念情绪调节训练对青少年非自杀性自伤(Non-Suicidal Self-Injury,NSSI)行为的影响。方法 本院收治76例NSSI青少年患者,2022年1月~2025年1月入组,分组方式为随机数字表法,观察组38例,采用家庭正念情绪调节训练进行干预,对照组38例采用常规方案进行干预。比较两组NSSI行为评定问卷(Assessment of Non-Suicidal Self-injury Behavior in Adolescents,ANSAQ)评分、情绪调节自我效能感(Regulatory Emotional Self-Efficacy,RESE)评分、抑郁-焦虑-压力量表21项(Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scale - 21,DASS-21)评分。结果 干预后两组ANSAQ、DASS-21评分各项均降低,且观察组较低(P<0.05),两组RESE评分各项均升高,且观察组较高(P<0.05)。结论 家庭正念情绪调节训练用于NSSI青少年患者,可减少NSSI行为,改善其调节情绪的自我效能,减轻负性情绪。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of family mindfulness emotion regulation training on the behavior of Non-Suicidal Self-Injury (NSSI) in adolescents.Methods A total of 76 adolescent patients with NSSI were admitted to our hospital. They were enrolled from January 2022 to January 2025. The grouping method was the random number table method. There were 38 cases in the observation group, who were intervened with family mindfulness emotion regulation training, while 38 cases in the control group were intervened with the conventional plan.Compare the two groups of NSSI Behavior Assessment questionnaires (Assessment of Non-Suicidal Self-injury Behavior in Adolescents) ANSAQ score, Regulatory Emotional Self-Efficacy (RESE) score, 21-item Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale-21 DASS-21) score.Results After the intervention, the ANSAQ and DASS-21 scores of both groups decreased in each item, and the observation group was lower (P < 0.05). The RESE scores of both groups increased in each item, and the observation group was higher (P < 0.05).Conclusion Family mindfulness emotion regulation training for adolescent patients with NSSI can reduce NSSI behaviors, improve their self-efficacy in regulating emotions, and alleviate negative emotions.
