摘要：目的：探讨综合干预模式联合布瑞哌唑片对双相情感障碍（Bipolar Disorder，BD）躁狂发作患者的影响。方法：选取我院精神科于2022年1月～2023年10月期间收治的BD躁狂发作患者进行观察，本次共纳入99例，随机分为对照组（n=51）、研究组（n=48），观察两组患者干预前后的杨氏躁狂量表（Young Manic Rating Scale,YMRS）、健康促进生活方式量表-II（Health promotion lifestyle profile-II,HPLP-II）、社会功能缺陷筛选表（Social Disability Screening Schedule,SDSS）、生活质量综合评定问卷(Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74,GQOLI-74)及临床效果。结果：两组患者干预前的各项观察指标比较未见统计学差异（P＞0.05），干预后研究组YMRS评分及社会功能评分低于对照组（P＜0.05），健康促进生活方式、生活质量评分及临床有效率均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：综合干预模式联合药物治疗能够减少BD躁狂发作患者躁狂的发作，改善不良生活方式，增强社会功能，提高生活质量，临床效果显著。

| Abstract |
Abstract: Objective: TObjective: To explore the impact of comprehensive intervention combined with Brexpiprazole tablets on patients with bipolar disorder (BD) in manic episode.Methods: A total of 99 BD patients with manic episodes admitted to the psychiatry department of our hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were enrolled and randomly divided into the control group (n=51) and the study group (n=48). The Young Manic Rating Scale (YMRS), Health Promotion Lifestyle Profile-II (HPLP-II), Social Disability Screening Schedule (SDSS), Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 (GQOLI-74), and clinical efficacy were observed before and after intervention in both groups.Results: There were no significant differences in all observed indicators between the two groups before intervention (all P>0.05). After intervention, the YMRS score and social function score of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05), while the scores of health-promoting lifestyle, quality of life, and clinical effective rate were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Comprehensive intervention combined with drug therapy can reduce manic episodes, improve unhealthy lifestyles, enhance social functions, and improve quality of life in BD patients with manic episodes, showing significant clinical efficacy.
