摘要
精神分裂症与代谢综合征均为复杂性疾病,发病机制尚不明确,其中遗传因素在两者发病中起重要作用。全基因组关联分析(GWAS)已广泛应用于各种疾病的遗传学研究,本文将对精神分裂症和代谢综合征的候选基因和基于GWAS的共同遗传位点研究现状进行概述,以期理解精神分裂症及代谢综合征病因及发病机制,为疾病机制的探讨及未来研究针对这两种疾病的治疗策略提供科学基础。
Abstract
Schizophrenia and metabolic syndrome are both complicated disorders with unknown origin, and genetic factors play a significant part in their pathophysiology. Genome-wide association analysis (GWAS) has been widely used in the genetics of various diseases, and this article will provide an overview of the candidate genes and GWAS research status of schizophrenia and metabolic syndrome, in order to understand the etiology and pathogenesis of these two diseases, as well as a scientific basis for the discussion of disease mechanisms and future research on treatment strategies.
