银屑病患者抑郁情绪调查及影响因素分析

摘要:目的 调查银屑病患者抑郁情绪并进行影响因素分析。方法 对2021年1月-2023年1月168例银屑病患者进行抑郁情绪评估,比较抑郁组患者与无抑郁组患者临床资料,采用多因素分析初步探银屑病抑郁情绪的影响因素。结果 168例患者具有抑郁情绪62例,抑郁率36.90%;抑郁组睡眠障碍检出率、重度银屑病、合并银屑病关节炎比例高于无抑郁组,工作压力大于无抑郁组,文化程度、年龄、社会支持低于无抑郁组,(P<0.05),两组婚姻、性别差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);多因素分析显示,重度银屑病、睡眠障碍、工作压力大、低社会支持是银屑病抑郁情绪的影响因素。结论 银屑病患者抑郁情绪检出率较高,重度银屑病、睡眠障碍、低社会支持等因素会增加银屑病抑郁风险。
Abstract
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the depression in psoriasis patients and analysis of influencing factors. Methods The depression of 168 psoriasis patients from January 2021 to January 2023 were evaluated. The clinical data between patients with depression and those without depression were compared. The preliminary exploration of the influencing factors of depression in psoriasis using multivariate analysis. Results 168 patients had 62 cases of depression, with a depression rate of 36.90%. The detection rate of sleep disorders, severe psoriasis, and concurrent psoriatic arthritis in the depression group were higher than those in the non depression group. Work pressure was higher than that in the non depression group, and education level, age, and social support were lower than those in the non depression group (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in marriage and gender between the two groups (P>0.05). Multivariate analysis shows that severe psoriasis, sleep disorders, high work pressure, and low social support are the influencing factors of depression in psoriasis. Conclusion Patients with psoriasis have a higher detection rate of depression. Severe psoriasis, sleep disorders, low social support and other factors will increase the risk of depression in psoriasis.
