摘要 目的:探讨兴趣诱导联合卡通式教育对肺炎患儿焦虑、恐惧情绪的影响。方法:纳入2021年7月-2023年7月82例肺炎患儿为观察对象,数字表随机法分成2组。对照组40例患儿采用常规院内护理,观察组42例在对照组基础上采用兴趣诱导联合卡通式教育。比较护理前后焦虑、恐惧情绪以及治疗依从性。结果:护理后两组儿童医疗恐惧调查量表(child medical fear scale, CMFS)、斯宾思儿童焦虑量表(spence child anxiety scale,SCAS)评分均显著降低,观察组护理后2项评分显著低于对照组,(P<0.05);护理后治疗、检查、睡眠、饮食、活动等治疗依从性评分均显著升高,观察组护理后各项评分显著高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论:兴趣诱导联合卡通式教育能够有效减轻肺炎患儿焦虑、恐惧等不良情绪,并提升治疗依从性。
Abstract
[Abstract] Objective To explore the effects of interest-induced combined cartoon style education on anxiety and fear of children with pneumonia. Methods Eighty-two children with pneumonia were included as observation subjects from July 2021 to July 2023, and were divided into 2 groups by numerical table randomization method. The control group 40 cases of children with conventional in-hospital care, the observation group 42 cases in the control group based on the use of interest-inducing combined cartoon style education. Comparison of anxiety, fear and treatment compliance before and after care. Results The scores of Child Medical Fear Survey Scale (CMFS) and Spence Child Anxiety Scale (SCAS) were significantly lower in both groups after care, and the scores of the 2 items were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group after care (P<0.05). The scores of treatment adherence such as treatment, examination, sleep, diet and activity were significantly higher after nursing care, and the scores of each item were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group after nursing care (P<0.05). Conclusion Interest induction combined with cartoon-style education can effectively reduce anxiety, fear and other adverse emotions in children with pneumonia, and improve treatment compliance.
