【Abstract】Objective:Exploring the Lasting Effects of Conversation Mapping in Diabetes on Health Beliefs and Health Behaviors and Psychosocial Interventions.Methods:148 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to August 2023 were selected as the subjects for a prospective study. According to the method of random number table, the patients were divided into 74 patients in the study group and 74 patients in the control group. The control group implemented routine intervention. The study group implemented a short, scalable diabetes dialogue mapping intervention, which lasted for 6 months. The differences in health beliefs, health behaviors, blood glucose control levels, and social support (SSRS scale) between the two groups were compared. Results:The results of repeated measures analysis of variance showed that there were statistically significant differences in the time point effect, inter group effect, and interaction effect between the two groups of health beliefs and health behaviors (P<0.05). Compared with before intervention, after 3 months and 6 months of intervention, both groups of health beliefs and health behaviors increased (P<0.05), and the study group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Compared to before intervention, after 6 months of intervention, fasting blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose, and glycated hemoglobin in both groups decreased (P<0.05); And the research group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Compared to before intervention, subjective support, objective support, utilization of social support, and total social support scores in both groups increased after 6 months of intervention (P<0.05); And the research group was higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Diabetes dialogue mapping can improve the health beliefs and health behaviors of diabetes patients, improve social support of patients, and help patients control blood sugar.
