[Abstract] : Objective: To analyze the application value of combined position training in comprehensive nursing intervention. Methods: A total of 86 benign paroxysmal positional vertigo patients with residual symptoms from March 2020 to December 2023 were selected and divided into 43 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group took the routine nursing mode, and the observation group took the combined training of comprehensive nursing intervention. The differences of health knowledge awareness, treatment compliance and satisfaction between the two groups were compared, and the differences of vertigo degree score, residual symptom score, anxiety and depression score, self-efficacy score, self-care ability score, quality of life score and sleep quality score before and after care were compared between the two groups. Results: (1) The awareness rate of health knowledge in observation group was higher than that in observation group (P < 0.05); ② Compared with the observation group, the treatment compliance was higher, the difference was significant (P < 0.05); (3) Compared with the observation group, the satisfaction was higher, the difference was significant (P < 0.05); (4) The changes of vertigo degree score and residual symptom score in observation group were higher than those in observation group (P < 0.05); (5) Compared with the observation group, the change range of anxiety and depression scores was higher, the difference was significant (P < 0.05); (6) Compared with the observation group, the changes of self-efficacy score and self-care ability score were higher, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05); (7) Compared with the observation group, the changes of life quality score and sleep quality score were higher, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The development of comprehensive nursing complex training is helpful to improve patients' health knowledge awareness rate and treatment compliance, improve patients' residual symptoms, improve self-efficacy and quality of life, and can be widely used.
