[Abstract] Cataract is a common eye disease, which can cause blindness in patients and is common in the elderly. The first choice for the treatment of cataract is surgery, which can remove the turbid lens and replace it with intraocular lens to promote the recovery of vision. Then preoperative anxiety is more common in cataract patients, and there are many influencing factors that cause preoperative anxiety. In view of this, this paper refers to the research literature at home and abroad, and summarizes the influencing factors of preoperative anxiety of cataract as follows: First, it briefly summarizes the influence of preoperative anxiety on cataract surgery; Secondly, the influencing factors of preoperative anxiety are deeply analyzed; Thirdly, specific measures to prevent preoperative anxiety of senile cataract are put forward. It is expected to provide effective reference for the diagnosis and treatment of cataract patients by summarizing the influencing factors and preventive countermeasures of preoperative anxiety.
